How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 8–12 business days. We'd rather be honest about that than surprise you after checkout.
Will it turn my neck green?
The base is titanium steel, not the plated brass that usually causes that. It's made for daily wear. If yours ever discolours, treat it as a fault — tell us and we'll replace it or refund you.
Can I choose what the message says?
Not custom text, no. Each necklace comes with a fixed engraving — either a blank message plate or “Love You” — in your choice of finish. Pick the one that fits.
What if it's not right?
You have 30 days to return it. If it arrives damaged we replace it and cover the shipping.
